TRAVEL WITH AGILIX SOLUTIONS TO HOUSTON
Join us in Houston for the 2021 Automation Fair®! We are offering two- and three-night travel packages to assist with your hotel accommodations, local transportation while in Houston and evening entertainment.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Stay with us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston located by the Galleria in Houston. it is a short drive (depending on the traffic) to Automation Fair® at George R. Brown Convention Center.
NETWORKING DINNER
Join us at The Rustic for dinner, drinks and networking! Visit with the Agilix Solutions team, Rockwell Automation and select PartnerNetwork companies for drinks, dinner and live music. Your ticket to our private networking dinner is included with your Agilix Solutions travel package.
OPTIONAL FLIGHT ASSISTANCE TO/FROM HOUSTON
Our travel packages do not include flights or other transportation between your home city and Houston.
We are happy to assist you with arrangements upon request. Transportation costs will be your added to the cost of your travel package. Airport transfers, parking and, if applicable, luggage charges will be your responsibility during travel.

- Two-night hotel accommodations at The DoubleTree by Hilton at the Galleria
- Transportation between the hotel and Convention Center on Wednesday and Thursday
- Continental breakfast and box lunch provided by Rockwell Automation at Automation Fair® on Wednesday and Thursday
- Private networking, dinner, live music and games at The Rustic on Wednesday night
PSUG + Automation Fair®:
Three-Night Hotel Package
Single Occupancy: $815.00
Double Occupancy: $610.00
Travel Dates: November 8-11
Includes:
- Three-night hotel accommodations at The DoubleTree by Hilton at the Galleria
- Continental breakfast and lunch provided by Rockwell Automation at PSUG on Tuesday and Automation Fair® on Wednesday and Thursday

UNABLE TO TRAVEL THIS YEAR?
With your health and safety top of mind, Rockwell Automation is offering the 2021 Automation Fair® event in-person in Houston, Texas or online in our hybrid experience. More information on the hybrid option is available on the event website.

Travel packages are limited, and reservations are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. PLEASE NOTE – your travel package reservation is pending until you receive a written confirmation from Agilix Solutions. Advertised pricing is valid through October 21, 2021.
Payments will be processed as orders are placed. Any fees incurred by Agilix Solutions due to customer cancellation will be charged in full to the customer. Any deviation from the standard package may result in increased charges. Registrants agree to all cancellation and refund policies and guidelines set forth in this brochure. Official Release and Waiver must be signed by all travelers prior to the event.
