No purchase necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion begins on July 1, 2020 and ends September 1, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). The LURE THE BEST Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to individual customers and the owners and employees of customers of French Gerleman (“Sponsor”) who are legal U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Not open to the general public. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Some employers may not grant you permission to participate in this promotion or may have rules regarding awarding of prizes to their employees. By participating, entrants agree to adhere to the rules of their employers. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any consequences of an employee violating the rules of his or her employer. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries/affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other entities associated with the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. HOW TO ENTER: There is no purchase necessary to enter or win Sweepstakes. To participate, obtain and complete an official entry form by hand at the French Gerleman sales counters in St. Louis, Washington, MO, Columbia, MO, Springfield, MO, Quincy, IL or Lenexa, KS once per day; or mail a postcard with your first/last name, title, company, phone number and e-mail address (mailed with first class postage affixed) to: French Gerleman LURE THE BEST, Attn: Marketing Dept., 2023 Westport Center Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146, once per day. All entries by mail must be received no later than September 1, 2020. Mailed faxed entries must be legible and submitted in original form. Each entry must be hand printed, mailed separately and/or have sufficient postage. Incomplete entries are void. Entries mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than submitting an official entry form provided by Sponsor or mailed postcard are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. Proof of depositing entry in the mail is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. There is a limit of one entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right to offer additional entry opportunities. All entries become the official property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. DRAWINGS/ODDS: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will take place on September 7, 2020. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and are equal regardless of method of entry. You need not be present to win. Judges decisions are final. Winning entrants will be notified by telephone, email or mail service.

PRIZES: Four prizes will be awarded: (2) First Prizes - Fishing Trip Fishing Trip for You and a Guest at Trophy Country (Huntsville, MO) Includes 2 Nights Lodging, Two Days Fishing - $750 value and (2) Second Prizes - $150 Bass Pro Shop Gift Card. Additional restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize. Winners may be required to submit valid identification and to execute and affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners, and winners' employer (if winner is to relinquish prize to employer per company policy) must complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release within seven days of notification. Failure to timely return documents, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible or declines acceptance for any reason, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected.
